SFA provides its clients with advice on the optimization of their capital structure, supporting their decision-making process on whether to issue debt or equity in their various forms, and delivers advice on the financial implications of strategic decisions such as the opening of a new plant, the entry into new markets and the sale of a business unit.

Capital

SFA assists companies in the private placement of equity, elaborating information prospectuses, presentations and financial valuations that support the client’s business plan. SFA has excellent access to several local and foreign Equity Funds that actively invest in Mexico, as well as to private investors.

Debt

In addition, through its ally in the U.S., BCP Securities LLC, SFA has access to a select group of institutional U.S. and European investors who are familiar with the financing of Latin American enterprises. Projects that have been financed include company acquisitions, plant expansions and debt restructuring as well as working capital.
